Hipihi error message screenshots & translations wanted

Here’s the first one.  This one came from Hipihi user “Neptune”, who is posting a by now lengthy description of his problems getting Hipihi to run in the IdeaShape forums under the forum name of TonyB.

The above error message appears when he tries to log in. He can see various dialogs, but can’t get the Hipihi virtual world to display.

      The message is garbled character. So i can’t get any meaning from them. Maybe it is also the problems caused by the language pack.I guess~

      Cindy, the author of the above response, is Cindy Xiang , head of the Marketing Department at the Hipihi company.

      Cindy, are you a member of the IdeaShape forum?

      It was said that Hipihi employee Zoloe was supposed to be monitoring and responding to help requests about Hipihi made in the Bug Report forum at the IdeaShape website at http://www.ideashape.cn .

      There is very little evidence that any Hipihi employees, Zoloe or otherwise, are giving that forum any attention. People are asking questions and receiving no responses from Hipihi employees.

      Again thanks for your answer. It’s great to have the Hipihi staff posting in my blog!

      Oh yeah – this thrust of this post was not just to ask for a translation of that one error message – this is a request for everyone that gets an error message from Hipihi to post it here – with the text of the message typed, if possible, but it’s ok to post a link to just a screenshot without text – and it wouldn’t matter if the accompanying text was is Chinese or English, although English (or Spanish, German, etc.) would be better.

      The idea is to provide translations of all the Hipihi error message displays, like an extension of the interface translation the Hipihi company provided.

      This would probably be easier to do at the IdeaShape forum at http://www.ideashape.cn.

      the screen shot show: invalid user name or wrong password.
      sometimes if your pin number is too longthe, the mistake like this will take place~

      OdessE Oh, is that the same error message that appears in the link I made above, http://i198.photobucket.com/albums/aa245/SuezanneC-Baskerville/Hipihi/hipihi-error.gif , to which Cindy replied that it shows “invalid user name or wrong password.sometimes if your pin number is too longthe, the mistake like this will take place~”.

      OdessE Oh, have you tried sending email to support@hipihi.com with your Hipihi name, the email address you registered with, a description of your problem, and the error message screenshot file attached?

      You might also want to register for the forums at http://www.ideashape.cn and post your problem there in the bug report forum.

      Hurray, I’m on!!
      You were right all along, my password was incorrect.
      The HiPiHi website allows you to enter a longer password when registering than the client will accept. Just cut off the last chars of your password and presto!

      There is a number ten, “10”, in the midst of that error message – I suspect that has to do with the ten character limit on passward length.
